IT can be the undoing of any nonprofit, whether you are just starting out or already up and running. This interactive workshop will guide you through a process so you can be clearer about your organization's technology opportunities and vulnerabilities. You will leave knowing your next right steps and with some realistic options for improving IT in your organization.

Gayle Carney has 20 years of expertise in helping nonprofit leaders manage IT and use web-based technologies more effectively.  Her Baltimore-based organization, CCTS, provides technology consulting and website design services that meet the unique needs of nonprofit organizations throughout the region.
