Interested in learning how to create professional looking documents? Learn to create, open, format, and save documents in this basic two-part word processing class. Understand how to navigate the ribbon; make basic formatting changes; familiarize yourself with the location of common tools and tasks, as well as the basics of saving and printing a document. Please bring a flash drive (not required, but helpful) if you would like to save your work.

I liked the course(s). I took part I & II. I wish we could have had more time to get into some more in depth things like mail merges, graphs and a host of things that a person needs to do in the workplace today.
