Curated by historian Constance B. Schulz, this exhibition contains photographs of Maryland in the 1930s and early '40s taken by U.S. Government commissioned photographers. The images represent a microcosm of America, a middle ground where beach and mountain, north and south, urban and rural, black and white, young and old met.
