A hands-on and collaborative workshop series for adults of any skill level interested in the art of animation. Sessions will demystify the medium and encourage community members to develop animation skills through play and discovery of new materials and techniques. Explore the art of stop motion animation, DIY down shooters, paper puppets, flipbooks, and additional experimental animation processes! Try your hand at animation, find inspiration in short screenings, and connect with the community!

This series is led by Emily Kobert and fellow members of the Baltimore-based collective ‘Animation Love Affair’. No prior experience with animation is required and drop-ins are welcome.
