Poetry Workshop I: Experiments in Traditional English and American Forms

Write in one of the forms, including the sonnet, using a theme of your choosing.

Clarinda Harriss is a professor emerita of English at Towson University whose poems and short fiction are widely anthologized. Her most recent books are The White Rail, Air TravelMortmainDirty Blue Voice, and Innumerable Moons, a brand-new collection of poems based on her years as an Alzheimer's caregiver.

This is the first in a series of three workshops. Students are encouraged to sign up for all three workshops. Registration is suggested to guarantee a space; please call 410-396-5487 or email hum@prattlibrary.org.
