Baltimore Speaks Out (BSO) is an after school program with Wide Angle Youth Media, teaching young people aged 10 to 15 digital media production, critical thinking, public speaking, team-building, and leadership skills. At the end of each semester, students in the BSO program create their own projects about youth and community concerns.
