The BMA Outpost is a mobile art museum displaying reproductions of works of art from the BMA’s collection and offering free art workshops for drop-in visitors. Visitors are invited to engage with the theme of home, looking at artworks that relate to the idea of home, then creating works of art that reflect personal stories of home.

Visitors can also participate in creating a community map of Waverly, asking the question: What matters to us in this neighborhood? Works of art created by visitors will be displayed at the Outpost alongside the works of art from theBMA, and the map created by the community will be distributed to residents of Waverly and nearby.
