Join us for the Grand Reopening of the Brooklyn Branch after a refresh of the building! A ribbon cutting and remarks with dignitaries will take place at 10 AM, followed by activities throughout the day. 

Schedule of events:

• 10 AM: Ribbon cutting and remarks with dignitaries
• 10:30 AM, or immediately following ribbon cutting: Live jazz performance by the Gregory Thompkins Ensemble
• 3:00 to 4:30 PM: Airbrush tattoos with Airbrush Unlimited Group
• 3:30 to 5:30 PM: DJ workshop with Raise Nation

Stop by throughout the day for additional activities including an all ages prize drawing, library scavenger hunt, card and board games, craft activities, and more!

The Brooklyn Branch received a new HVAC system, as well as an interior refresh including new paint, carpet, and furniture thanks to American Rescue Plan funding through the Mayor's Office of Recovery Programs.
