Classic Horror, Sci-Fi, and Other Odds and Ends showcases Baltimore-based artist John Eichelberger’s reimagining of iconic figures from classic cinema. Working in painting and drawing, Eichelberger transforms characters such as Frankenstein’s Monster and the Wicked Witch into meditations on fear, empathy, and cultural memory. With over three decades of artistic practice, his work combines technical skill and a fascination with the imagery that has shaped both popular culture and our shared imagination.

The exhibition will be on view from October 3 to November 28, 2026, with an artist reception on Wednesday, October 15, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
