Pratt is excited to welcome Sharonda Huffman, ADA/504 Manager a leading Maryland housing non-profit organization, for a comprehensive lecture on Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Title I plays a vital role in promoting equal employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, and understanding your rights is crucial. Attendees will learn about the ADA’s definition of disability, reasonable accommodations, the interactive process between employers and employees, and best practices for creating an accessible and supportive work environment. Whether you are returning to the workforce, entering the workforce, or are in the midst of navigating the tumultuous landscape that is Title I, this program is for you. There will be a short Q&A session at the end of the presentation (also available to livestream attendees).
