During her 5 years on dialysis Vaunita Goodman felt utterly defeated and constantly sought out programs within the kidney community as a means of coping with feelings of depression and anxiety.  She found none that spoke to her inner desires for adventure, affordable travel, community engagement, and appreciaton for nature.  Her personal story with the practice of sailing empowered her to see her life differently.    Join us as Vaunita shares her journey from kidney transplant to founding Dialysis to the Docks, a non-profit organization to transform the lives of kidney disease patients, their loved ones, and those they touch through restorative on the water experiences.
