Drum Calls | Body Recalls, a short research-art film by artist and scholar Deirdre Molloy that explores Black Atlantic memory through music, movement and the enduring echoes of the Middle Passage. Blending historical inquiry with artistic expression, the film reflects on how embodied practices such as rhythm, dance, and sound can carry cultural memory across generations and across the Atlantic world.
