The Enoch Pratt Youth Council (EPYC), formerly known as Community Youth Corps (CYC), is a new and improved program designed to give Baltimore City teens the opportunity to earn service learning hours that are needed to graduate, as well as gaining the skills and experience necessary to build resumes, life skills, and expand their educational experience beyond just volunteering.

The components of the program are:

1. Service Learning Hours

2. Library Programming and Literacy

3. Skill Development

If you are between the ages of 13-18  and are interested in earning service learning hours and/or gaining necessary skills for your future by becoming more involved in the workings of the public library while gaining skills that you can build a resume with please complete the application here or email EPYC here for more information.
