"Get Into the Groove: A Story of Hip Hop" is a performance that takes the audience on an immersive journey through the 4 main elements of Hip Hop: Breakdancing, DJ, Emcee, and Graffiti. Come experience the joy and freedom that comes from Hip Hop culture through spectacular dance moves, history, and storytelling.  Get into the groove with us.

A Squared is the dynamic duo comprised of Avril Hernandez and Ashlee McKinnon.  These two ladies met while attending the Dance Masters of America Teacher Training Institute in 2015, and the rest is history.  Their mutual love for hip hop, storytelling, and joy in movement brought them together and is at the core of their public performances.  Combining east and west coast flavor, A Squared encourages everyone to get into the groove and have fun through dance.
