Healthy Little Cooks: Fruit Spritzer

Help your little chef learn a healthier way to drink soda by creating their very own fruit spritzer! In this class, you’ll learn how to use fruits and other natural sweeteners to turn plain club soda into a fizzy, yummy drink. We’ll be using plastic knives to safely practice our cutting skills and practice phonics as we sound out the names of our fruity friends.

Ingredients and Supplies:

  • ¼ Cup Peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ Cup Pineapples (fresh or frozen)
  • 2-3 Strawberries
  • ¼ cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Sparkling Water
  • Apple Juice
  • Pitcher
  • Stirring Spoon
  • Clear Plastic Cup
  • Straw
