Looking for a community to support your creative endeavors? Want to try out new-to-you making materials in a non-judgemental environment? Welcome to Make Space, a monthly program designed to inspire, kickstart, or sustain your creative practice. Whether you are looking for a stress-free outlet for creative play, or working on a bigger project and would like some feedback, our Fine Arts librarian and crafty guests look forward to making with you.

Attendees are welcome to bring their own materials they need for ongoing projects, but various visual arts and crafting materials will also be provided. Select weeks will feature guest artists sharing their craft for inspiration. 

As we spend time together, this program will take shape based on participants’ interests and experiences. We welcome your ideas and thoughts on what makes a creative space meaningful to you!
