The Make-Up Art Exhibition with Gloria Garrett, Baltimore's own Makeup artist. Gloria Garrett is a self-taught artist who uses cosmetics (lipstick, finger nail polish, eye brow shadow, and other household items) to create the most vibrant, bold, brilliant, and beautiful collage paintings 

The exhibit will also include original Make-Up paintings by senior citizens of Baltimore City's housing and recreation centers.
