Anxiety is a normal and often healthy emotion. However, when a person regularly feels disproportionate levels of anxiety, these might be signs of a medical disorder. Everyone should be aware of the signs of anxiety and the tools needed to cope and deal with it.
Our Managing Anxiety workshop will provide participants with the important skills and resources to recognize and manage anxiety.
