Workshop host, China Martens, will share various hand-sewing techniques, examples, and her improvisational non-perfection intuitive creative joy in quilting. Mini Quilts can be completed in one workshop and used as mug rugs, gifts, and more.

China Martens was born in Baltimore and attributes her great grandmother’s quilt and sewing as influencing her to be a writer and her first story telling language.
