MoonLit Workshop: Conquering First Drafts

You’ve got it. An idea that’s been passed from the great beyond into your brain. You know it’ll make you the next J.K. Rowlings if you can just get started. Getting started can be the hardest part. In Conquering First Drafts: How to Get Started Writing the Manuscript of Your Dreams, Sharea Harris will introduce some strategies to get you started and put some of them to use before you walk out the door.

Please bring: a Notebook, two sentence teaser about your narrative or manuscript.

Sharea Harris, MFA  is a multi-genre black woman writer and academic from the American South. Sharea's work has appeared in magazines, lit journals, and on international stages. Reader for lit mags; facilitator of writing workshops; supporter state arts programs, Sharea does it all from a place like home, Baltimore, MD.

Registration required. Click here to register.
