Qigong is the skill or practice of cultivating and balancing our "Qi", our life force energy.  Based upon observations of the natural world, Qi Gong was developed thousands of years ago in China.  Its easy to learn, simple movements and focused breathing help us to maintain health and to prevent illness.  Movements can be done standing, seated, in wheelchairs, and even in bed!  Participants say that Qi Gong helps them to decrease stress and increase their vitality. They find "practicing" Qi Gong to be peaceful, relaxing, and energizing all at once!
