Slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what feels sacred and meaningful outdoors. Through gentle practices and conversation, you’ll explore awe, presence, and your relationship with the natural world—and leave with simple ways to nurture your mental health.

Be prepared for a short walk to a nearby green space. A limited number of camp chairs and sit spot mats are provided or bring your own.
