Curious how nature contributes to your mental health? Join us for a unique series that includes a short walk to Mount Vernon Place and a sit spot outside.

 

This session focuses on nurturing lasting joy through cultivating a deep, reciprocal relationship with the natural world, moving from a mindset of extraction to one of gratitude. 

 

Presented by the Center for Nature Informed Therapy | CNIT, specialists in restoring the evidence-based connection between mental health and the healing power of the natural world. 
Be prepared for a short walk to a nearby green space. A limited number of camp chairs and sit spot mats are provided or bring your own.
