Curious how nature contributes to your mental health? Join us for a unique series that includes a short walk to Mount Vernon Place and a sit spot outside.

Explore the profound wisdom of trees to understand how to let go of emotional burdens, self-doubt, and the trap of resistance to reality. Just as trees shed their leaves in autumn to conserve energy for winter, we will explore how to stop fighting against what we cannot control, allowing us to move from pain to peace.

Presented by the Center for Nature Informed Therapy | CNIT, specialists in restoring the evidence-based connection between mental health and the healing power of the natural world.

Be prepared for a short walk to a nearby green space. A limited number of camp chairs and sit spot mats are provided or bring your own.
