 n\n \n\nAbout Wallace Lane: \n\n \n\nWallace Lane is a multidisciplinary w
 riter and poet from Baltimore\, Maryland. He earned his MFA in Creative Wr
 iting and Publishing Arts from the University of Baltimore in 2017\, the s
 ame year he released his debut poetry collection\, Jordan Year. His latest
  collection\, This Book of My Apologies to Black Women\, is a vulnerable e
 xploration of accountability\, love\, and healing. Wallace is also a forme
 r English and Creative Writing teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools.
  His writing has appeared in several print and online publications\, with 
 more work forthcoming in new anthologies. He is currently a part of the Cr
 eative in Residence Program at The Baltimore Banner\, where he writes stor
 ies rooted in community\, culture\, and creativity.
