Celebrate the spooky season at the Hampden Branch by personalizing your very own totebag!

This program invites children over the age of two to join us for an afternoon of spooky stories and artistic expression. Children will have the opportunity decorate plain tote bags use fabric markers, paints, and stencils. Create a bag for carrying treats, using every day, or even for carrying your favorite library books!
