Join us for a presentation by Nicholas Courtney and Dr. Elizabeth Rule. Nicholas is a Makah Tribal Citizen currently working for the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Broadband Program Specialist. Nicholas also lectures at Cornell in Washington teaching Native policy and politics. Dr. Elizabeth Rule, Assistant Professor at American University specializing in Native and Indigenous Studies, will discuss the eras of federal Indian policy and areas of cultural significance in Baltimore, MD.
