Participants each choose a partner, then paint their portrait (or paint their aura) within a time limit; the portrait could be a literal representation of how your partner looks that day, it could be idealized to show the vibe they give off, or it could be an abstract representation— whatever you are most comfortable painting!

When the timer goes off, swap portraits and take 5-10 minutes to describe the artistic decisions you made throughout the process. This can be done in trios, where everyone paints the person to their right (or left). For an additional challenge, paint your partner's portrait in a monochrome palette, where you use different values and shades of one base color throughout the entire piece. 

Painting supplies will be provided for all program participants!
