Healthy Little Cooks: Power Up Your Food!

Get your MOVE on and FOOD on by joining Healthy Little Cooks for a fun and easy after school recipes, as we learn all about POWERING UP our bodies and food! If you’re a foodie that likes to get groovy in the kitchen, then this is the perfect class for you.

In November, we'll power up our heart! 

Did you know that most kids’ hearts beat 55-88 beats per minute? Join Healthy Little Cooks and learn how to create a healthy and fun recipe that your heart will love! Discover why our heart is so important, which healthy foods help our heart and less healthy ones that we should avoid. Keep your mind, body, and heart in shape in our Power Up series.
