Featured speakers will include Mayor Brandon M. Scott, Council President Zeke Cohen, Executive Director of the Prescription Drug Affordability Board Dr. Andrew York, and health care advocates. This event, which is the first of a series of statewide forums, is hosted by Maryland Health Care for All, the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, and AARP Maryland.
