Ervin Jr., author and Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer, as he shares about his journey from growing up in challenging environments to becoming a motivational speaker and advocate for youth empowerment. Through his work in juvenile facilities and inner-city schools, Morris encountered deep-seated anger and frustration among students, mirroring his own struggles.
