Create papercuts inspired by growth and the beginning of spring.

Hackerman Artist in residence Annie Howe teaches the basic technique of papercutting and how to create your very own custom papercut patterns in this hands-on workshop. Participants leave with at least one finished papercut design and the know-how to continue papercutting at home.

The workshop begins with a brief introduction to Annie’s work and an in-depth demonstration of the techniques used to create custom papercuts. The remaining workshop time allows students to create their own spectacular designs with Annie’s guidance. Students leave with one finished papercut and templates to create more papercuts on their own.

This program is for adults only. All supplies* are provided, and participants of all skill levels are welcome.
