Call (410) 396-1580 to request your kit and schedule a time to pick it up at the Southeast Anchor Library. Kits are available from March 15th to 30th on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last.

Then, join us on March 31st at 11am for our Once Upon A Strand Storytime. We'll share stories that celebrate our unique and natural hair and use our hair craft kit together!
