Teen Yoga is great for youth - Learning to stretch, strengthen, and tone simultaneously is great for the muscles, joints, and even the internal organs. Most importantly, yoga teaches teens meditative breathing, relaxation, and how to focus. Teens learn to enjoy challenge, stretch the mind into new shapes and possibilities, and relax on command!
