Join us at the Make Space for a 1-hour, hands-on workshop for knitters of all levels. Bring your current works in progress and knit with other members of the Enoch Pratt Free Library community. Lorraine will be available to answer questions, help you if you're stuck on your project, or plan your next project. 

What to bring

Bring knitting needles, yarn, and any other items needed for your project. You can also bring a knitting pattern that you're interested in working on, and Lorraine can review it with you and provide guidance and advice. Yarn, needles, and notions will not be provided. The library has a wonderful collection of books with knitting patterns to review.

About the Teacher

Lorraine Gaudet has been a core member of the Baltimore fiber arts community for decades. She previously owned A Good Yarn, the beloved yarn shop in Fells Point. She now supports students as a freelance instructor and resident teacher for The Local Stitch Baltimore.
