Is there an item in your wardrobe that could use a quick fix or a custom accessory? Bring it to this event at the Orleans Street Branch, and learn techniques to upcycle your threads! These additions can be functional: bring in an item with a rip that needs mending, a hole that needs patching, or a button that needs replacing, and learn how to make that repair. Or, they can be purely fashionable: embroider a small pattern (or draw one with fabric markers), or sew on cute buttons and fabric patches to express your unique style!

If participants are unable to bring in their own piece of clothing, a small cotton tote bag will be provided. Program supplies will be provided.
