Did you participate in the Towers of Power building programs hosted at Orleans Street in November or December 2024? Are you curious to see a miniature cityscape designed entirely by teens? Now is your chance to check out the completed Community Art Exhibit on display in the Orleans Street Teen Zone! Bring your friends and family along to show off your creation— your art deserves to be celebrated by the community! After a brief Lighting Ceremony just before 5pm, teens who created sculptures will be invited— but not required—to share a 2-3 minute statement about their building: Why is it special to you? What personal interests or wishes does it reflect? How would it feel to live in your Tower of Power?

The exhibit will be on display for the entire month of February; participants who wish to bring their sculpture home may do so starting on Friday, February 28th, until the building is closed for renovation in mid-March (or after we re-open, but that date has not yet been set).

Bottled drinks and snacks will be available from 4:30-6pm in the Teen Zone for those who attend the Exhibition Opening! Please note: all food and drink must remain in the Teen Zone during this event, and after 6pm, we will ask that all food be put away until people leave the library.
