About this Event
400 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, MD 21201
Voting is a privilege for citizens but it’s also a task.
Knowing the ins-and-outs of any task—like how to paint a living room--makes it easier, brings cleaner results, and saves the carpet.
In Voting and You: A How-to Program, Gwen Levi gives a how-to on voting.
Did you know in Maryland…
- You can vote early or on Election Day (November 5, 2024).
- You can visit your polling location or mail your ballot to the Board of Elections.
- You can register to vote in advance (deadline is October 15) or on Election Day, the same day you vote.
- If you register on Election Day, you will be asked to show your ID.
- Every county has its own board of elections to manage the election process.
- County boards count, verify, and audit votes.
Learn how to vote before you vote--and vote.*
Then cross it off your to-do list.
