Writers LIVE! Lyle Jeremy Rubin

Lyle Jeremy Rubin, a veteran of the war in Afghanistan, will reflect on his military service that resulted in his disillusionment with American foreign policy and his questioning of the impact that the “war on terror” has on our national security.  

Lyle Jeremy Rubin served in the U.S. Marines Corps for five years and is a veteran of the war in Afghanistan.  His writing has appeared in numerous publications, including The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The  Guardian. 

  • This FREE event will be presented in-person and virtually.   
  • To attend in person we strongly encourage you to register here
  • Free parking vouchers are available to program attendees who park at the Franklin Street Garage (15 W. Franklin Street) after 4pm.  Ask Pratt event staff for your parking voucher prior to or after the program.
