Writers LIVE! Julian Zelizer

Historian Julian Zelizer will refute the current wave of misinformation that has distorted our nation’s past. The Princeton University professor has co-edited a collection of historical scholarship that dismantles the myths and political opportunism that has recently cast a pall over America’s historical landscape. He will be joined in conversation by Michael Kazin, a historian and contributor to the book.

Julian Zelizer is a Princeton University history professor and the author or editor of numerous books, including Burning Down the House. He is a CNN political analyst and regular guest on NPR’s Here and Now.

Michael Kazin is a history professor at Georgetown University. He is the author of several books, including his most recent, What It Took to Win: A History of the Democratic Party.
