Practicing physician Sandeep Jauhar will look at Alzheimer’s disease through the lens of his father’s diagnosis. The author relays that Alzheimer’s afflicts over 6 million Americans or one in ten people over the age of 65. Dr. Jauhar explores the current neurological research and the toll the disease takes when family members become caregivers.
Sandeep Jauhar is a practicing physician and the bestselling author of several books, including Heart: A History. He is also a regular contributor to The New York Times opinion section.
