Celebrate Juneteenth at the Pratt with The Lyric! They say a picture is worth a thousand words. What happens when we match a picture with words? In this writing workshop, participants write a story or poem prompted by the photograph of a relative (digital or print).  Participants should come to the workshop with a selected photo they are willing to use and share. At the end of the workshop, each participant will see how they used writing to make their photograph come to life! This workshop is for students in grades 5^th-8^th. Running time: 60 minutes.
