Yoga is an exercise with different poses which helps boost energy, bring flexibility to the joints, and reduces the stress in the body. Breathing exercises help to strengthen the lungs, heart, diaphragm and helps to get more oxygen to the body. All are very important exercises to keep the body healthy and strong physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Class runs every Monday at 12:00 pm at the Hamilton Branch (excluding Monday holidays).
