My first time attending and I’ll definitely be back. Was surprised at the power of using my body for resistance. Surya seems to know her stuff! Looking forward meditation today.

This is a wonderful workshop with a teacher who gently instructs while letting you pursue your own path and develop your own creativity.

It was a very great class and very informative. I am really excited about possibly starting a non profit.

Ms. Anna was a great speaker, answered our questions and give positive feedback to our answers. In addition to learning logic models we learned how to apply to different programs

My son loved this! We will be doing this again at home during a play date with some friends.

This was a very informative presentation! I learned how much more nutrition I can get from the beans and seeds I buy and consume by soaking and sprouting them as well as the steps to take to do so. I enjoyed the presentation so much, I went to the Reisterstown branch to attend Anna's "Relationship Between Food and Mood" presentation on April 4! Please bring her back for more presentations, especially in Baltimore City branches. It'd be great to have her give more nutrition-based presentations at the Central library once the indoor renovations have been completed.

I had a great time meeting new people and learning how to paint. I would suggest this free activity to everyone.
